At Happy Futures we focus on outcome-based support, providing domiciliary care, outreach and supported living options. In connection with that, we provide personal care and specialist support to adults and children with learning disabilities, mental health and complex care needs across North Yorkshire.
We use the Positive Behaviour Support framework to improve quality of life, our staff are highly trained and will use every opportunity to ensure our young people have equal access to services & resources resulting in positive outcomes.
Our young people will be at the centre of their development and will be enabled to communicate their wishes and feeling in a format that is bespoke to them. We believe that with the right support they can flourish with a whole world of opportunity ahead.
