Flourish Talent Programme
We believe in people , we believe they are all uniquely talented, we believe they already have the tools to achieve great things.
We see people for who they really are, helping them discover their unique talents and creating a pathway to amplify their skills.
Meet FLOURISH- a talent programme specifically designed to put the value back into our people , focussed solely on talent and not performance, create innovative, creative, critical thinkers who aspire to use their natural skills to benefit their organisation.
The programme focuses 8 core skills and mapping natural talent to amplify those skills within an organisation at all levels. This ensure the workplace has individualism as its core, creating an aspirational, solution focused workforce who are committed to continuous improvement.
The programme comprises of 4 steps:
- Classify Talent – Match employees into the talent classification grid in order to select those eligible for the talent programme
- Match those accepted onto the relevant stream- Emerge (Individuals who are only just discovering their talents) , Optimise (those more confident and aware of their talents )
- Engage in 4 workshops , 4 work based projects each designed to amplify 8 key skills
- End point certification and acceptance as future talent ambassador
Flourish Discovery Day has 2 aims. They are:
Individually – This allows individuals to identify their own talents and areas of development through various activities by themselves and as a member of a team.
Organisation – This allows the employee to invest and recognise their employer’s individual talents compared to role-based outputs. The Discovery Day allows organisations to successfully select candidates to attend Flourish Talent Programme on either the Emerge or Optimise programme.
The Discovery Day is designed to take individuals outside of their comfort zone and help develop and identify their talents. This will be achieved by being observed and assessed completing planning exercises, command tasks, observation tasks, innovation task, powers of communication and if required, conflict management.
